Refunds & Cancellations

Standard Policy

• 100% refund if you cancel 48 hours or more before the scheduled start time.
• 50% refund if you cancel between 48 hours and 24 hours before the start time.
• No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time or for no-shows.

Rescheduling

You may request to reschedule once, subject to availability. The original booking time will be used to determine if fees apply according to the policy above.

Weather & Ocean Conditions

If we determine that weather or ocean conditions are unsafe or unsuitable, we will offer a free reschedule or a 100% refund, at your choice.

Changes by Us

In rare cases, we may need to change start times, locations, or services (for example, due to port closures or safety alerts). We will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternatives or a refund where appropriate.

How to Request a Refund

Please contact us with your booking details at support@communitylabs.mx. Refunds are typically processed to the original payment method. Processing times may depend on your bank or card issuer.
