Bookings & Payments
- By submitting a booking request, you confirm that information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to make the reservation.
- Some services may require a deposit or full prepayment to secure your spot; details are shown at checkout or communicated by our staff.
- Final confirmation is sent by email/WhatsApp once we verify availability and logistics.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- 100% refund if you cancel 48 hours or more before the scheduled start time.
- 50% refund if you cancel between 48 hours and 24 hours before the start time.
- No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time or for no-shows.
- You may request to reschedule once (subject to availability); the above windows still apply relative to the original start time.
Weather & Safety
- We monitor ocean conditions and safety. If we determine conditions are unsafe or unsuitable, we will offer a free reschedule or a 100% refund.
- Participants must follow guide instructions at all times and disclose any medical conditions that could affect participation.
- We recommend reef-safe sunscreen, hydration, and appropriate swimwear.
Eligibility
- Minors must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult, or have written consent as required.
- We may decline participation if, in our judgment, it would compromise safety.
Liability
Ocean activities involve inherent risks. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect,
incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for claims related to a booking will not exceed the
amount you paid for that booking.
Personal Belongings
Bring only essentials; we are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items during activities or transport.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Venue: Jalisco.
